Overview

We are currently recruiting for a confident Accounts Assistant within an exciting, forward thinking Property Management business based in Birmingham City Centre. It’s a fast-paced role, the team are hard-working and friendly and they’re hoping for someone to fit in and hit the ground running.

Day-to-day the successful Accounts assistant will be allocating cash and incoming payments, performing statement and bank reconciliations and resolving cash related queries! Excellent communication skills are an absolute must to maintain great team work and client relationships. The business is anticipating a candidate with experience in a similar role but the most important factor to them is team fit.

Skills required:

  • Be an individual with a positive and motivated attitude in order to succeed in the role and fit in with the team
  • Having previous experience with cash allocation and reconciliations would be beneficial to transition into the role smoothly
  • Be immediately available to start work, proactive, analytically driven and have great attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel with use of functions such as V Look Ups
