My client is on the hunt for an Accounts Assistant to join a lovely and thriving business in South Birmingham. This business is a well-established and highly successful with the opportunity work very closely with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You will get to report into the Financial Controller who is highly supportive and will give you exposure to month end duties including Accruals and Prepayments.

Skills required:

  • To be an organised and professional individual who is an excellent communicator with financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Embody the organisation’s core values, considering yourself a driven, personable and respectful person who would fit in with similar like-minded people
  • Have previous experience in a similar finance position as well as a basic understanding of accruals and prepayments
  • Be immediately available, studying AAT with a passion to complete your studies in the near future
