My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their business. This is a brand new role and an exciting time to join as their expansion is a testament to their growth and commitment to creating opportunities.

As the Accounts Assistant, your day to day duties will include managing both the accounts payable and accounts receivable process. It is essential that you are committed to accuracy and efficiency in reconciling transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in a similar position with a results-orientated mind set with a focus on achieving targets
  • Excellent written and communication skills to help you communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Be process driven and financially literate with strong Microsoft skills including MS Word, Power Point and Excel
  • A willingness and ability to work in a high volume environment with the ability to work independently and in a team
