Mitchell Adam are delighted to be supporting a growing Consulting business who are on the lookout for a Finance & Office Manager to take ownership in their finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with the numbers, from bookkeeping and reconciliations through to producing month-end accounts, while still having the support and flexibility to grow at their own pace.
Day-to-day, your focus will be on ensuring the accounts are accurate, timely and well-presented, giving the Finance Director the information they need to make decisions. You’ll handle everything from managing ledgers and bank reconciliations, to pulling together management accounts and providing insight. Alongside this, you’ll also support with a few light office management tasks, coordinating suppliers and keeping systems ticking over, though the heart of the role will firmly sit within finance.
Skills Needed
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and preparing management accounts (QBE, AAT, or part-qualified).
- Organised and reliable, with a proactive approach to getting things done.
- Confident with Excel and finance systems.
- Happy to take on a varied role that blends finance with some office management.
