Overview

Due to an incredible business pipeline and the acquisition of new business, our city centre based Property client is looking for dynamic Accountants to join their large client finance function. You will receive incredible training in a client-facing role, where you will be actively involved in producing differing management account packs and bespoke reports.

 

The day to day in this role will be incredibly diverse, requiring an adaptable problem solver to excel. You will be using a property system to manage and report on your portfolios financials; including the completion of end of year accounts, compiling budgets and auditing income versus expenditure, alongside the reporting to your clients face to face allowing you to tackle process improvements.

Skills required

  • Have previous experience in property accounting and looking for further exposure.
  • Have experience with TRAMPS (although required this is not essential).
  • Be a confident communicator, as you will be required to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, property managers and utilities.
  • Be studying for a professional accounts qualification.
