Mitchell Adam are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most progressive and ambitious property management firms, who are seeking a talented Reporting Accountant to join their high-performing Birmingham office. This business has seen unprecedented growth in recent years, driven by both new client acquisition and organic expansion, making it a fantastic time to step in and play a pivotal role in shaping their next chapter.

This is far more than a technical accounting role. You will be joining a highly regarded team at the very heart of the business, gaining broad exposure to both financial reporting and client relationship management. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and a small team of accountants, you will deliver accurate and insightful reporting packs, prepare budgets and forecasts, and present meaningful commentary on performance across P&L and balance sheets. With the backing of a qualified and supportive Director, you’ll have the platform to sharpen your leadership skills while helping your clients make confident, informed decisions.

Skills Needed

• Previous experience preparing and delivering financial reporting packs.

• Exposure to property accounting, or at least a big interest in the sector.

• A relationship-driven approach – able to build credibility quickly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with ambition to continue progressing.
