They currently have a fantastic requirement for an adaptable, numbers-driven, and proactive individual to join them as a Graduate / Trainee Finance Administrator. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will step into a high-performing, welcoming team to provide essential transactional and administrative support. Your primary focus will be managing day-to-day transactional processing, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records during this exciting period of growth. While this role begins on a temporary contract to hit the ground running, it offers genuine, strong potential to transition into a permanent position with excellent long-term career progression.

Skills required:

• Strong numerical competency and a natural comfort working with figures, percentages, and basic data calculations.
• Proficient baseline knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a fast learner when introduced to new IT software, databases, or accounting systems.
• Highly organised nature with an analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to deliver against deadlines.
• Strong, confident communication skills both written and verbal with an outstanding telephone manner to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
