Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a dynamic US owned manufacturing business with a large scale global presence to in their search to find a Senior FP&A Manager on an interim basis.
This role works directly alongside the exec team in the US and demands a proactive leader who can analyse financial and market data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
The business has recently gone through a sale and is currently rebuilding the processes within FP&A. A successful candidate will be responsible for; leading the analysis of current and historical financial data, managing the annual budgeting process, oversee monthly reporting, highlighting variances versus budget as well as acting as a strategic partner to commercial sales and marketing teams.
Ideally, you will:
- Have Post acquisition/sale experience within a fast paced, PE backed environment.
- Have experience taking ownership and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting packs.
- Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, prior periods, and prior year, providing clear explanations of key variances and performance drivers.
- Prepare executive summaries, management presentations, and board reporting materials, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
