Immediate Start Credit Controller

My client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on initially a temporary basis, to assist with a project.

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email, allocating payments, reconciling customer accounts and investigating invoice and payment queries. You will also monitor aged debt, reducing overdue balances by escalating problematic accounts where required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on initially a temporary basis, although this could become permanent.

Skills required:

• At least 6 months experience in an Credit Conrol
• Be a driver with your own vehicle due to location
• Be an intermediate user of MS Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and vlookups
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
