Senior Client Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a highly established and growing property management business based in Birmingham City Centre. The business has experienced significant growth over recent years, having doubled the size of its property portfolio, and is now going through an exciting period of development and expansion within its finance function.

This is a senior position within the finance function, with responsibility for overseeing and supporting an Accounts Assistant while taking ownership of a key area of the finance operation. As the business continues to grow, there are plans to further expand the finance team, creating an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape the function and, over time, take on greater leadership responsibility as the team develops.

With the company continuing to grow its property portfolio and finance function, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Accountant to establish themselves as a key member of the team, contribute to the development of the finance function and ultimately play an important role in building and leading a growing finance team.

Skills Needed

• Experience within client accounting, property management, lettings, service charge or a similar environment.

• Previous experience managing client accounts across a portfolio.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, well-presented and confident when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Receive
