Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business within the financial services sector. As the business continues to expand, they are investing in their finance function and have created a new Management Accountant position to join the growing team.

This is a broad and hands-on role, offering exposure across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider finance team, you will provide financial insight to support decision-making while gaining a strong understanding of the commercial side of the business. As this is a newly formed position, it offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact and develop alongside the growing finance function.

Skills Needed

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent.

• Previous experience within financial services or a similar environment, with strong management accounting experience.

• Experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.

• Experience supporting finance systems implementation or process improvements, with a proactive approach to improving processes and reporting.
