We are now recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team. This role offers broad exposure across the finance function, supporting month-end reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical accounting skills while gaining a wider understanding of how finance supports the performance of the business.

The role would suit an Assistant Management Accountant who is keen to build on their existing experience within a structured environment, while gaining valuable exposure across a well-established manufacturing organisation.

Skills Needed

• Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA, or AAT qualified.
• Previous experience within a finance role with exposure to month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supporting management accounts, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse financial data and contribute to improvements across reporting and finance processes.
