What we are looking for:

• Proven track record in a fast-paced finance environment processing high volumes of invoices and navigating ledger systems.
• Problem Solving: Strong background in troubleshooting and managing queries with Facility Managers and external suppliers using KPIs.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills to successfully deliver against tight deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to collaborate openly and enforce processes with site personnel.
