Junior Practice Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Practice Accountant to join a well-established and highly respected accountancy practice based in Birmingham City Centre. From your first day, you’ll become part of a friendly and supportive team where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical accounting knowledge, assist with statutory accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT, while learning directly from experienced Qualified Accountants who are passionate about developing the next generation of finance professionals. What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for building a long-term career within accountancy practice, with a desire to develop both your technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Ambition to study towards an AAT and/or ACCA qualification, with the motivation to continually develop your accounting expertise (full study support will be provided).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information accurately and identify potential discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines effectively.
