This is an outstanding opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified accountant looking to step away from a purely reporting-focused position and into a role where finance genuinely influences strategic decision-making. This role sits at the centre of financial planning, performance analysis and commercial decision support, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior operational stakeholders to help shape budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans. Rather than simply reporting on performance, you’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and provide meaningful financial insight that supports investment decisions, operational improvements and future growth. Skills Needed

• Finalist or newly qualified, with a strong grounding in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience producing budgets, forecasts, financial models and meaningful variance analysis.
• Confident partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders and presenting financial information in a clear and commercial way.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence decisions and continuously improve reporting and processes.
