We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to support the finance function during a key period of transformation and growth.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, providing meaningful financial insight and partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support strategic initiatives.
Ideally, you will:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial planning roles.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and experience managing budgets, forecasts and strategic planning processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP or similar.
- The ability to hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
