As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payroll inputs, performing detailed reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, supporting year-end activities, and ensuring payroll data remains accurate and up to date.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience within a payroll function, with a strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, deductions, and payroll compliance requirements.
- Experience performing payroll reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, lookups, and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
