My client is in a unique and interesting industry, and they currently have a requirement for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team immediately to assist with a back log in their Sales Ledger department.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist with bank reconciliation to ensure records are completely up to date, raise, process, and issue sales invoices to clients in line with contract terms, allocate payments, and deal with queries. We are looking for a candidate who can commence this assignment with minimal supervision, so experience is essential.

Skills required:

  • Highly experienced in performing bank reconciliations, and other sales ledger duties such as raising invoices, dealing with queries, and allocating payments
  • Be able to commute to Coventry with ease on a daily basis
  • Ideally have experience of Sage 200
  • Have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships when dealing with queries
