Credit Controller

Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments via telephone and email, investigating and resolving invoice queries, reconciling customer accounts, allocating cash receipts, producing aged debt reports, monitoring credit limits, and supporting month-end reporting activities.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience within a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Finance role is essential.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes, debt collection, account reconciliation, and cash allocation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
