Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation within the pharmaceutical sector in their search for a Management Accountant. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business has built a strong reputation within its field and offers a stable and supportive working environment.

This role will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, working closely with the wider finance team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful insight into sales performance, inventory movements and overall business results. The position would suit an experienced Management Accountant who enjoys the technical aspects of accounting, takes pride in producing accurate financial information and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a professional and collaborative environment.

Skills needed

• Part qualified or qualified CCA/ CIMA
• Previous experience supporting month-end processes, including preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• A proactive individual who is willing to contribute to the wider business and support a collaborative, hands-on finance environment
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders across different departments
