Accounts Payable Assistant

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a diverse property portfolio. The position will involve processing high volumes of supplier invoices, reconciling statements, preparing payment runs, and ensuring all accounts payable transactions are completed accurately and on time. You will also liaise regularly with internal departments and external suppliers, providing clear financial information and maintaining high standards of financial control and accuracy.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience within an accounts payable or finance role, ideally within the property sector.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• The ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal colleagues and external suppliers.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial information.
