This is an excellent opportunity for a confident finance professional looking to step into a broad, client-facing role within a collaborative and well-established environment.
Working as part of an experienced client finance team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial management for a portfolio of properties and clients, ensuring reporting, reconciliations and financial processes are delivered accurately and in line with strict deadlines and controls. The role offers a strong mix of technical accounting and relationship management, giving you the opportunity to become a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders across a varied commercial portfolio.
Alongside regular management and service charge reporting, you will be involved in budgeting, reconciliations, payment runs, cash allocation and wider financial administration connected to your portfolio. The business continues to grow across multiple service lines, offering strong long-term progression, exposure to high-profile work and the opportunity to further develop within a highly professional but supportive team environment.
Skills Needed
- Previous experience within client or property accounting, ideally within a managing agent or commercial property environment.
- Confident preparing service charge accounts, reconciliations, budgets and monthly reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, client money handling and transactional processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
- Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with property systems such as TRAMPS would be advantageous.
