Accounts Payable Clerk

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to confidently liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the wider finance function. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations within a busy and highly organised team environment.

Key responsibilities will include processing a high volume of supplier invoices, accurately matching invoices against purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs), and maintaining supplier accounts in line with agreed payment deadlines. You will work closely with suppliers, your immediate team, and the wider finance function to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Payable process across the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable function, including processing high volumes of invoices.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with suppliers and build effective working relationships.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
