Credit Controller

Responsibilities will include cash allocation, chasing outstanding payments, reconciling accounts, resolving customer account queries, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience within Credit Control, including debt collection and account management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage payment plans and liaise with high-profile clients.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
