Junior Credit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a stable family ran business for a Junior Credit Controller to support the day-to-day management of the company’s sales ledger, helping to ensure timely collection of payments and supporting overall cash flow performance.

This role is well suited to an organised and motivated individual who is eager to begin or continue developing their finance skills within a growing business. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, and supporting the wider finance function with administrative tasks. You will be involved in a range of credit control activities, including sending statements, chasing overdue payments, and resolving account queries efficiently. The position offers excellent exposure to finance processes and provides a strong foundation for further career development within a hands-on environment.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or finance-related role would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, to work closely alongside suppliers and build long lasting relationships.
