Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, internationally operating business with a strong presence across Europe and the backing of a major global group. Operating across multiple entities and revenue streams, you will gain insight into a complex and commercially driven finance function operating across international markets.

We are now recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller. This Management Accountant role offers the opportunity to take on a varied and hands-on position, with regular interaction across cross-functional teams and involvement in supporting business operations across multiple entities. You will also have responsibility for supervising a small team, making this a well-rounded role within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Skills needed

• Currently progressing with ACCA / CIMA studies, with a desire to continue developing professionally towards a Management Accountant position
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles, with prior exposure to management accounts
• Confident communicator with a genuine interest in working with stakeholders across different departments, and an eagerness to support and guide junior team members
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel (including formulas, pivot tables and lookups)
