Senior Credit Control

Our well-established and award-winning client is seeking to expand their finance team during an exciting period of sustained growth. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Credit Controller who can make an immediate and meaningful impact within a high-performing and supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to liaise confidently with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing a substantial ledger with a high volume of active accounts. Key responsibilities include proactively chasing overdue debt via telephone and email, meeting and exceeding performance targets, and providing guidance and support to junior team members when required.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience within Credit Control, with a strong track record of managing high-volume ledgers in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to resolve queries efficiently and manage issues in a timely and professional manner.
• A collaborative approach, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly desirable.
