Management Accountant

Overview

Mitchell Adam are pleased to be working with a well-established business based in Warwick, who are looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant to strengthen their finance team. This position offers a good level of responsibility from the outset, making it well suited to someone who has built a solid foundation and is now looking to broaden their experience within a structured environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of the financial reporting for a European entity, becoming a key part of the month-end process and ensuring outputs are accurate and well supported. You will be working with a range of financial data, producing supporting schedules and commentary, while contributing to the overall quality and consistency of reporting across the team.

The position also provides exposure to a wider set of finance activities, including working across multiple currencies and entities, supporting international processes, and being involved in day-to-day operational finance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different areas of the business, while also providing guidance within the team and contributing to ongoing improvements in how finance operates.

Skills Needed

• Experience within a finance role with exposure to month-end and management accounts.
• Confident working with journals, reconciliations and structured financial data.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to organise and analyse information effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
