Management Accountant

Our client is going through an exciting time of change and is looking for a strong accountant with strong experience in management accounts to join the team to and complete a balance sheet deep dive to reconcile and clear a large backlog as well as create new and improved processes moving forward.

This role requires a strong knowledge and previous experience working within management accounts or a similar role in order to support the team and project. You will be working directly with the head of finance and collaborating with other team members to understand, identify and rectify any discrepancies within the balance sheet.

Ideally you will –

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Management Accounts, ideally studying towards your qualifications (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships throughout the company.
• Have a strong eye for detail and problem solving, to enable ongoing process improvements.
• instances in which you have been able to demonstrate strong accounting skills within a small finance team.
