Credit Control

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt collection via telephone and email, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, setting up payment plans where required, and performing account reconciliations. Skills Required

• Proven experience in Credit Control, with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes, enabling you to make an immediate contribution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently and efficiently.
