My client is a global business and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their team on a long term contract basis.
Working in a large finance team and reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger of customers and monitoring their accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices, chasing overdue payments via phone, email, investigating queries, producing and reviewing aged debt reports, and supporting month-end processes. Skills required:
- At least 2 year’s experience in a Credit Control position
- Be a car driver with access to your own vehicle due to location
- Have a strong competence with MS Excel
- Be able to work independently and also within a team environment
In return you will:
- Only be required to work in the office 1 day per month, this role is mostly remote
- Have an early finish on a Friday
- Whilst support is always available, you will work in this role autonomously without KPIs or targets
- Have the opportunity for the role to become permanent
