Credit Controller

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to confidently communicate with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders, including senior contacts. Proven experience in consumer debt collection is essential, as this will form a key part of the role. Responsibilities will include chasing outstanding payments via phone and email, managing client and customer relationships, and reconciling accounts.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in credit control, ideally within the education sector, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.
• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage debt collection via phone and email.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.
