Proven experience in consumer debt collection is essential, as this will form a key part of the role. Responsibilities will include chasing outstanding payments via phone and email, managing client and customer relationships, and reconciling accounts.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in credit control, ideally within the education sector, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.
  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage debt collection via phone and email.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs.
