My client is a globally established business with a large finance team, and they currently require some support from an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, dealing with supplier queries, performing supplier statement reconciliation, and helping to prepare for payment runs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a flexible business for a minimum term of 3 months, supporting them through a period of change.
Skills required:
- At least 12 month’s experience within an Purchase Ledger role
- A self-starter, the ability to meet deadlines without much supervision
- Excellent level of MS Excel, and strong proficiency with finance systems, ideally SAP
- Be a car driver due to location
