Credit Controller

Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will provide key support through the preparation of reports and insights while managing a sizeable ledger of live accounts. As a Credit Controller, you will take ownership of a large ledger and be confident in chasing overdue debt through both phone and email communication. Success in this role will require the ability to consistently achieve KPIs and targets, assist with monthly ledger reporting, maximise cash collection, and ensure all incoming payments are accurately allocated.

Skills required

• Experience within a Credit Control position where you have managed a ledger and handled multiple live accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to handle and resolve both internal and external queries.
• A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage your own workload while supporting colleagues when needed.
