Accounts Receivable Specalist

This established and fast-growing organisation is looking to expand its Finance team by hiring an experienced, proactive, and personable Accounts Receivable Specialist.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process and ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

You will be confident managing a high-volume receivables ledger and demonstrate a strong understanding of UK accounting standards and VAT regulations. Working within a busy finance team, you will take ownership of retail and wholesale financing receivables, billing, account reconciliations, and aged debt management. You will work closely with sales and operations teams, building strong relationships across the business, supporting partners, and continuously improving AR processes and controls. Skills required

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role, ideally within manufacturing, or a fast-paced commercial environment
• Strong end-to-end accounts receivable knowledge, including invoicing, reconciliations, aged debt management, and UK VAT compliance
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage queries professionally and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.
