Management Accountant

Overview

A well-established services business based near Solihull is looking to appoint a driven Part-Qualified Management Accountant into their friendly, collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys the structure of month-end, producing reliable financial information and working closely with operational teams in a commercially focused environment.

Supporting senior finance and partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll take ownership of core management accounts production while building strong relationships with non-finance colleagues. You’ll gain exposure across the wider finance function, contributing to reporting, analysis and continuous improvement within a stable and supportive setting.

Skills Needed

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying with solid exposure to management accounts production.
• Experience supporting month-end, reconciliations and financial reporting within a commercial or services environment.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with operational stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and provide practical financial insight.
