An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Legal Cashier to join their finance team. A strong understanding of the distinction between client and office money, combined with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace, is essential.

Ideally, you will have:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Cashier or Accounts Assistant, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment, with hands-on exposure to client and office accounts
  • You will be highly organised, accurate, and efficient, with strong communication skills to liaise confidently with fee earners, banks, and internal teams.
  • Experience using legal accounting software, or the ability to quickly learn new systems, is essential.
  • Excellent team-working skills, with the ability to adapt, support, and collaborate across the firm.

You will receive:

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary reflective of experience and responsibility, along with a stable, long-term role.
  • Additional benefits include on-site parking, long service awards, regular social events, and a friendly, supportive team culture.
  • This is an opportunity to work for a respected professional services firm where accuracy, compliance, and commitment are genuinely recognised.

If you have the skills listed above and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you feel valued and supported, apply now because this opportunity will not be available for long!
