Accounts Assistant

Our award winning and well-established client is actively looking to expand their team and offer someone a fantastic opportunity to be part of the business. We are searching for an experienced accounts assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills to join the team and hit the ground running.

The successful candidate for this role will take on duties such as; invoice processing, completing supplier statement reconciliation, clawing back debt and maintaining your portfolio of clients. In this role interpersonal skills will be essential allowing you to liaise with high-profile clients and stakeholders both internally and externally.

Skills required:

• Have a strong background within an accounts assistant role or something similar within accounts payable or credit control.
• Be an intermediate user of Excel capable of manipulating data.
• Feel confident working in a fast-paced and busy work environment allowing you to do your job effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills allowing you to track and maintain ledgers and your day-to-day tasks as well as having a strong eye for detail.
