This established property organisation, is looking to expand their Finance team by hiring a motivated, proactive, and personable Credit Controller who is keen to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Working within a busy finance environment, you will manage a high-volume ledger, chasing outstanding debt, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring cash flow targets are met. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, managing expectations professionally and delivering a high level of service. Skills required

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role, ideally within a high-volume or property-related environment.
  • Strong experience managing customer accounts, debt chasing, and query resolution.
  • Confident Excel skills and the ability to work accurately with financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and handle sensitive conversations professionally.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
