Accounts Payable

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining an accurate and organised purchase ledger within a busy manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities will include verifying and processing supplier invoices, matching GRNs, resolving discrepancies promptly, managing regular payment runs, and ensuring all supplier remittance communications are completed efficiently. You will also provide valuable support to the wider accounts team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Ideally, you will:

• Have experience within an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role, confidently managing the ledger and ensuring accuracy.
• Have a problem-solving mindset and can work efficiently to support the progression of the company, and always looking for ways to improve financial processes.
• Have a strong eye for detail with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to handle supplier queries professionally and work collaboratively with colleagues across manufacturing and finance.
