Junior Accountant

The role primarily focuses on accounts payable duties alongside providing wider administrative support across the team. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, handling supplier queries, completing reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with month-end tasks, and supporting general administrative functions such as filing, data entry, document management, and responding to internal enquiries. Strong communication skills will be used to resolve queries with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the company.

Ideally, you will:

• Have a positive, can-do attitude with an interest in studying or currently studying AAT levels, and is enthusiastic about developing both your accounting knowledge.

• Possess strong organisational skills to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines.

• Have a good eye for detail to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

• Be a confident communicator who can liaise with stakeholders and support colleagues across the team.
