Overview
We’re working with a high-growth software business that’s looking to bring in an FP&A Manager. This is a great role for someone ambitious who wants to sit within the senior leadership team and have real influence. You’ll work closely with the CFO and CEO and become a key partner to them as the business scales.
The role is hands-on. You’ll take ownership of the FP&A function and shape how it runs as the company continues to grow. You’ll get into the detail of the ERP system, rebuild the processes, and create a set-up that supports accurate and consistent reporting. You’ll look after all central cost centres and act as the main point of contact for department heads. They’ll come to you for reporting, analysis and planning, and you’ll guide them through performance versus budget. You’ll also lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles and build out the models that support them.
As the company expands through acquisitions, you’ll be involved throughout the M&A process and provide the analysis needed at each stage.
What you’ll need
-
Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
-
FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed business
-
Strong financial modelling skills
-
Evidence of adding clear commercial value in previous roles

Ability to work at pace and stay organised while managing competing priorities
What you’ll get
-
Freedom to shape the FP&A function and improve processes
-
Direct access to the CFO and CEO, with real visibility across the business
-
A fast-paced environment where your insight is genuinely valued
-
Strong opportunities for progression and development
Summary
If you’re an ambitious FP&A Manager who wants a meaty role with plenty of influence, this is a great opportunity.
