Our client, a leading property management organisation, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Analyst to join their growing team. You’ll be a natural multitasker with a keen eye for detail, able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Regional Facilities Managers and Surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across budgeting, data management, and operational reporting. You’ll take ownership of key processes – from maintaining property data to supporting service charge budgets and assisting with financial reporting, all while developing your analytical and commercial skills in a dynamic team setting.
Skills Needed
- Proven experience in a property management environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage complex budgets and data.
- Confident communicator, capable of liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills (Sum ifs, Pivots and Lookups).
