Corporate Finance Manager

We’re supporting a fast-growing, acquisitive organisation looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a business that’s actively pursuing growth through acquisition and strategic investment.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Finance Director, you’ll gain exposure to the CFO, CEO, and wider board, working across multiple high-value transactions and post-deal integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead elements of end-to-end M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and deal execution.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions and scenario planning.

• Play a key role in post-acquisition integration, ensuring smooth transition and delivery of synergies.

• Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations and strategy teams to deliver value across the group.

• Assist in ongoing strategic projects, including refinancing, capital planning and performance improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong technical grounding.

• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.

• Experience in M&A, transaction services, corporate finance, or commercial finance.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at board level.

• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
