Accounts Team Leader

A Global Property Company are searching for a new Accounts Payable Team Leader. They are looking for a supportive, driven individual who isn’t afraid to ask why and challenge processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a brilliant business and develop your career even further!

Directly reporting into the Finance Operations Manager, you will be expected to look at processes and how to improve them, as well as working with the team to set KPIs and conduct 1-2-1s. Responsible for the team, you will ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner and any that are escalated are treated with care. You will demonstrate the ability to consistently hit KPIs and targets, as well as assisting with bettering the team. This is the chance to learn new skills and take on greater responsibilities.

Skills required

• Experience within a role where you have consistently dealt with queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Fantastic communication skills, including communication over emails and phone calls, ensuring you can build long lasting supplier relationships.
• The ability to look at the wider picture, by looking in depth at processes and overall bettering the team.
• Previous experience within a managerial role, where you have implemented KPIs and conducted 1-2-1s to set new targets.
