In this role the Accounts Payable will be responsible for the accurate management of the accounts payable ledger. Strong organisational skills will be essential for handling tasks such as processing supplier invoices, performing PO reconciliations, maintaining precise financial records, resolving invoice queries efficiently, and managing regular payment runs. Your communication and teamwork abilities will also be key, as you’ll provide vital support to the wider finance team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance position, with a track record of maintaining accurate ledgers. Ideally the candidate will have experience with GNR and stock invoices

• Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to learn new systems.

• A proactive, team-focused individual excited to contribute to a strong reputation for efficiency and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage supplier relationships and work effectively with internal teams.
