Accounts Payable Clerk

Our reputable and market leading client is actively searching for their newest member to come in and join the team through an exciting period of growth. The business is looking to bring in a new Accounts Payable Clerk to join them and hit the ground running to support the team. The successful candidate will take on duties such as managing the accounts payable ledger accurately and efficiently, you’ll have to process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, make sure that financial records are maintained and properly organised. You will also be expected to provide support to the wider accounts team where you will contribute to the smooth running of the finance function.

Skills Required

• Have prior experience in an Accounts Payable role, where you have a strong track record of keeping the ledger accurate and up to date.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to handle supplier queries as well as liaise with the rest of the team.
• Be a proficient user of Excel being capable of manipulating.
• Have a strong eye for detail where you can spot and resolve discrepancies in an effective and efficient way.
