Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with retail and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver clear analysis on sales, margins, costs, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Challenge performance and highlight key drivers behind variances and trends.

About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a retail or multi-site environment.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
