We are seeking an experienced project finance professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced business undergoing an exciting period of change. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in transforming processes, driving efficiency, and supporting operational excellence.
As a project based Financial Controller, you will play a key role in modernising financial systems, improving reporting accuracy, and embedding stronger financial controls across the organisation. Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you’ll ensure that finance adds real value to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the finance function to streamline reporting and control frameworks.
- Drive automation and efficiency within financial systems and procedures.
- Support the implementation of new tools and processes to strengthen decision-making.
- Partner with operational leaders to enhance financial understanding and accountability.
- Provide strategic input during a period of business transition and change.
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE) with strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience leading finance process improvements or transformation projects.
- Hands-on, collaborative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering in fast-moving, multi-site environments.
