Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team in Wolverhampton.

As a key link between finance and the wider business, you’ll provide insightful analysis, challenge decision-making, and support strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercial and financial insights.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Driving performance through analysis of key metrics and trends within a manufacturing environment.
• Supporting business cases and investment decisions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams, helping turn data into action.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Proven experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge constructively.
